Family Story Time is held on the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

KINDERGARTEN READINESS

This program is designed for children ages 3, 4, and 5.  A child may join the program after their 3rd birthday.  A child transitions out of the program after their 6th birthday.

Welcome to Lil' Literacy Learners' Storytime!  This storytime is geared towards preschool-aged children where they'll learn to sit, listen, share and communicate with others their age in a fun environment. 

Visit the library every Wednesday from 1:30-3:30 P.M. inside the East 80 Meeting room, for our Discovery Play program!

Bring your trading cards to trade or play the Pokémon® Trading Card game with others.  Don't have a deck? The library has basic decks and training sheets to borrow.

LEGOⓇ Club, ages 6 -13

*Children under the age of 10, must have a parent or guardian,16 years or older stay in the building while their children are enjoying Club time.

Read to a therapy dog! We have trained therapy dogs available who are ready to hear some stories. 

Children, Tweens, and Teens welcome to The Youth Chess Club at Benton Branch! Whether you're a beginner or an advanced chess player, feel free to join this group. Chess boards are provided, but bringing your own helps!

During this program we will teach our young Patrons how to make a beautiful  firework like painting using black paper and chalk!
