Program Description

Event Details

Nutrition doesn’t have to be boring or expensive! Each Monday we will dive into a new nutrition topic. We will start by learning about each food group, why our body needs it and the amount we need each day.  We will follow that by learning how to adapt healthy life skills easily into our lives. Each week we will prepare and sample a dish related to that week’s topic and everyone who comes will leave with a recipe and a parting gift!
