You will help prepare simple delicious treats and sample the finished product. 

KINDERGARTEN READINESS

This program is designed for children ages 3, 4, and 5.  A child may join the program after their 3rd birthday.  A child transitions out of the program after their 6th birthday.

We crochet every Friday at 10am.  Whatever level you find yourself on - we would love for you to join us!  

Welcome to Lil' Literacy Learners' Storytime!  This storytime is geared towards preschool-aged children where they'll learn to sit, listen, share and communicate with others their age in a fun environment. 

Tooke Staff want to appreciate and celebrate our community who comes into the library each day. Stop by and get some treats and enjoy. 

We will also have a test and taste chili cookoff on that day.

It's Family Flannel Fluency Hour! After an energizing Lil' Literacy Learners' Storytime, have fun with flannel (felt) story pieces as a family!

Come join us for our adult painting and crafting class!  We love to have a relaxing, fun time where you can express your creativity or just paint the stress away. Supplies are provided, but you're more than welcome to bring your own.

Adults are invited to join our craft classes in the Central Library's Makerspace on the second Thursday of every month at 2pm.. All supplies are provided and all skill levels are welcome.

Participate in an amazing program to increase your children's reading skills and confidence or decrease stress by signing up for a 20-minute reading session with a shelter cat.

Keep Calm and Carry Yarn

Calling all crocheters, knitters, weavers, and anyone else who works with yarn.  Join us for 45 minutes of yarning and chatting!  Bring your supplies and work on an existing project or start a new one.

Join us for a variety of video games! You can try something new, or show off your skills at a game you know well.

Just Dance party!

Bring your trading cards to trade or play the Pokémon® Trading Card game with others.  Don't have a deck? The library has basic decks and training sheets to borrow.

Make a cute and decorative Mardi Gras colored wreath with felt! No glue or sewing required.

Meet at the Book House!

Let's celebrate Valentine's Day with our furry friends!  We will have a few crafts and refreshments, while supplies last.

During this program we will be creating a homemade Valentines day card using construction paper and other craft supplies.

Benton's Teen DND game day!

Beginner friendly group of fun teens who share a love for DND.

Session will start at 4:00pm and will end between 5:30-6:00pm.

Parents be ready to pick up your teens no later than 6!
