You learned the basics for Microsoft Office Word, now let's build upon those in our Word II - Intermediate class. 

Spots are limited so registration is required.  Register here online, call us, or drop by the computer lab.

Baby Lap Time is an interactive story time geared towards children 0-2 years old.  Guardians MUST stay in the program room.

Program doors close at 10:10am.  The story time is approximately 45 minutes.

Every other Monday, we will have a special presentation. Read and attend meetings to when prizes and incentives.

Join Abigail, Nutrition Agent and Registered Dietitian from the LSU AgCenter, as you learn grilling tips, tricks, and techniques.  Learn and sample a new healthy recipe (or two!) and become familiar with the basics of grilling foods.

Every Thursday, the Computer Lab Assistants at Bossier Central Library will be available between the hours of 11:00AM and 1:00pm to hold 30 minute one-on-one sessions (APPOINTMENT ONLY).

Students in grade 6-8 will meet to learn about the Hoopla app.  They will receive weekly challenges to complete and do an activity together. 

Duke is a licensed therapy dog that visits our library once a month.  Children can come and share books with a very good listener.

Come to the library Sunday afternoon to do some fun science experiments with your kids.

We will hold this program once a month.

Join us in the Children's Department as we unbox and explore with Makey-Makey's.  Makey-Makeys allow users to turn everyday objects into game controllers and touchpads. What can you make today?

Each Friday the computer lab assistants will be available between the hours of 2:30 and 5:30 PM for 30 minute sessions to help patrons with their mobile devices and Bossier Parish Library databases. 

Please join the staff of Bossier Central Library for crafts and fun! Come and create a unique piece of jewelry to add to your collection. 

Adults 18+ welcome.
