Sign up for Sit and Fit, a chair exercise that is low impact and low mobility, but helps to keep you active!

Sit and Fit meets on the first Tuesday and third Thursday of each month. For adults only.

Registration is required. 

Come unwind and decompress after school with some relaxing art therapy, free snacks included! Decorate fall candles or relax with some coloring and origami!

Drop by the teen area anytime between 4-7 PM.

Ages 12-18

Teens are invited to come hang out and share their interests with one another! Teen scene is influenced by the teens and what they want to see and do.

Join us at Central to create art. Beginners and pros alike are welcome! All materials will be supplied and refreshments will be served.
