South MS Telecom will provide ACP Tablets with FREE DATA to qualified customers. 

MUST have a state-issued unexpired driver's license or ID, and ONE of the following proofs:

Medicaid Card/Letter (yours or child's)

SNAP Approval letter or card (EBT)

2022 SSI Award letter (Check on the 1st of the month)

2022 SSA Award letter (Medicare Beneficiares)

2021 W2 or 1088

Three check stubs (1 for the current month and 2 from previous months)

Pell Grant Letter (college students)

Notarized affidavit or zero income

TANF  Approval Letter
