We are thrilled to partner with Bossier Schools, Bossier Arts Council, and the East Bank District to participate in TAP Lagniappe! TAP Lagniappe will feature live music and theatre performances down at the East Bank Plaza. Stop in the Bossier Arts Council building for our library book sale! All books will be sold on a donation basis and all money collected will be donated to the Bossier School libraries!
