- Click on My Account in the main menu.
- Click on the appropriate log in to your account.
- Enter your username. If you haven't configured a username, use your 14-digit Patron ID number located on the back of your library card.
- Enter your password (if you haven't set a password or don't remember it, a good starting point is to try the last four digits of your phone number).
- Once you are logged in, open the Your Summary tab, which will display all of the library items associated with your account.
- Click the check box under the "renew" column for each item to select it, then click on the Renew button located at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation that items have been renewed.
- If you experience any problems in renewing one or more items, please call any BPL location for additional assistance.
- Be sure to log out (in the upper right corner of the page) to exit your account.
