1. Click on My Account in the main menu. 
  2. Click on the appropriate log in to your account. 
  3. Enter your username.  If you haven't configured a username, use your 14-digit Patron ID number located on the back of your library card.
  4. Enter your password (if you haven't set a password or don't remember it, a good starting point is to try the last four digits of your phone number).
  5. Once you are logged in, open the Your Summary tab, which will display all of the library items associated with your account.
  6. Click the check box under the "renew" column for each item to select it, then click on the Renew button located at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation that items have been renewed.
  7. If you experience any problems in renewing one or more items, please call any BPL location for additional assistance.
  8. Be sure to log out (in the upper right corner of the page) to exit your account.
