Join Bossier Parish Libraries, Central Library and First Guaranty Bank for a class to help prospective home-buyers buy a new home. This program will teach you to:

• Identify the steps in the home buying process • Learn about home financing options and key costs • Determine how to get prequalified or preapproved for a mortgage • Identify the processes of making an offer, negotiating with the seller, and closing the purchase
