Please join Community Outreach Specialist, Rhonda Winbush from UnitedHealthcare for Jump-Start Your Health . Participants will use this 30-day Quick-start guide to develop healthy goals for self and the community through fitness, diet, and knowledge. The program consist of three sections: On Your Mark, Get Set, Go!, Make Walking A Complete Workout, and Eating To Support A Healthy Heart.

The program also provides 12 healthy tips to keep participants motivated in the journey.   Participants will meet each week during the month of June to discuss tips found in the guide and record their heart smart numbers. Free tools will be provided by UnitedHealthcare to start participants on their journey to a Heart Healthy lifestyle! 

Light refreshments will be provided.
