Bossier Parish Libraries & Retro 521 present, Books & Brews: a Book Club for Adults. Happening the fourth Friday of every month at 6:30pm.

This month "brews" takes on a whole new meaning as we relocate to Retro 521, an awesome new coffee café in downtown Bossier (521 Barksdale Boulevard, Bossier City). This venue is across the street and down toward Traffic Street from Flying Heart. We still love our peeps at Flying Heart but y'all let's be honest--it's HOT out there so we're gonna scootch on over into the a/c for August.

We do things a little differently. Instead of selecting one book and everyone reading the same book, we've decided to select categories of books. For August, read a book with a number in the title.

Participants are responsible for purchase of their own drinks and assume responsibilty for their own transportation to and from the event.
