My name is Tedy Pesnell and I have worked in libraries for almost 25 years. The last 9½ years have been here at the Bossier Parish Library. I have a master’s degree in library and information science and am the current manager of the library’s technical services department. I work very closely with the Children’s Services Librarian to select, order, and catalog material for the children and young adults at all seven branches of the library’s branches.
