How to Download / Getting Started with MyLibraryDV

* Download the following instructions in PDF *

arrow From your home computer with a broadband Internet connection, visit the library's homepage.

arrow Click on the MyLibraryDV image.

MyLibraryDV is only avialable from home!

arrow Install the download manager onto your home computer. This is a one-time requirement that takes 2-4 minutes.

arrow Choose your video.

arrow Follow the instructions to log on.

How to view a program

After you have chosen what you want to watch, click on the "DOWNLOAD" icon and the title will be added to your "MY DOWNLOADS" play list and begin to download immediately. Within a few minutes a "PLAY" icon will appear and you can begin watching your program while the download completes.

NOTE: Varying speeds of broadband can cause buffering. If this occurs, simply pause viewing and allow the program to finish downloading.

OR:

After you have downloaded a program, open the MyLibraryDV Player on your computer. Simply go to your "MY DOWNLOADS" play list, click the play button next to the program you want to watch and enjoy!
