Hello,
My name is Linda Stanford and I have been the branch manager at Plain Dealing since 1979. I have seen so many wonderful changes at our library over the years, and I am so excited and proud to have this opportunity to promote our facility.
We have a beautiful new building that is open and roomy (just right for browsing!), yet has the warmth and personal feel of a small town library. We have eight internet computers for public use, a small meeting room available also for public use, copy machines, and our computers are available for Microsoft Word and Excel. We also have historical displays that we feel are quite unique. They showcase our local history, as well as general turn of the century lifestyle.
Our goal at Plain Dealing is to serve the public’s needs and to make your library visit a pleasurable experience. We hope you will visit us soon…and often!
